Eddie is the man. Outgoing, likeable, and passionate about his job – if it weren’t for the lingering sense of entitlement his managers and coworkers have been noticing.
We can’t really blame Eddie, though. Constant trophies, awards, and accolades in his youth conditioned him to expect the world to bend over backward for him. The mismatch between work-expectations and work-reality was unexpected, to say the least.
